- Writing and approving advertising copy
- Circulation
- Selection of applications
- Calling in the candidates
- Face-to-face interviews with the Consultant
- Candidate appraisal
- Writing and submission of applicant files
- Setting up introductory interviews with the client
- Validation of candidates’ qualifications and references
- Guidance in the negotiations between the candidate and the client
- Following the induction process
