AFAQ ISO 9001 version 2000 certification validates and attests to our clients that we use strict work processes and procedures. We regularly analyse anomalies and set progress goals from the feedback we obtain from our clients, thus constantly adjusting our procedures to satisfy our clients.

Ethical charter
As recruitment and management consultants, we seek to match people with their forthcoming responsibility and thus apply ourselves to reconciling individual career enhancement with company effectiveness.
1. We are bound by professional secrecy and undertake not to use the data obtained for any other purposes than successfully fulfilling the assignment.
2. We only work on the basis of an accurate written proposal that describes the content and terms of the assignment awarded to us on an exclusive, sole-consultancy basis.
3. We only accept assignments that we deem to fall within our skill set.
4. We exercise our profession, applying fundamental human rights. We hold private life in particular regard, and do not tolerate ethnic, social, union affiliation, sexual, political or religious discrimination.
5. We keep our contacts, companies and candidates updated concerning progress on their assignments, and are at pains to exchange information frankly, throwing light on discussions and promoting the expression of free and responsible choice.
6. We employ proven methods within our capacity and perpetually improve the quality of our consultants and associates' techniques and the professional skills.
7. We do not accept any remuneration from potential candidates.
