As INNOE's founder and director, I’d like to share with you some aspects of my professional and personal life. In doing so, I will be setting out my credentials for working for you - and for my own INNOE team.

I was born in Lyon in 1959, am married with four children. I graduated from the Lyon Institute of Political Sciences and have an MBA from the Lyon School of Management (EM).

I spent my first 5 years of employment at the World Trade Centre at Le Havre and the Jura Chamber of Commerce and Industry, training and advising business leaders on their international development projects (exports, JVs, technology transfers, and so on,) in the US, Asian, European, African markets…

Then in 1987 following that solid and varied experience, I joined a major French recruitment consultancy, a subsidiary of the world's leading Human Resources company, as a Junior Human Resources Consultant.

I had ten successful and exciting years rising from Junior to Senior, Manager of the Specialist International Department in Paris, Regional Director for Rhone-Alpes Centre-Est Lyon culminating my time with them as General Director for France from 1993 to 1998, a post I held in Paris.

My next step was that of directing the Business and Continuous Education Centre at the EM in Lyon for 2 years, and in January 2001 I created INNOE as my personal interpretation of what inspires me professionally - bringing out the best in businesses and people through management consultancy services.

INNOE brings together high-calibre, ethically motivated professionals who hold individuals in high regard, through the practice of a qualitative and caring approach to the key issues our clients have to face.
