Project-centred organisation

A "Project Team" comprising a Senior Consultant, Search Specialist and Assignment Assistant is dedicated to each recruitment assignment made through a Direct or Composite Approach. For Advertised Search, the Dedicated Project Teams are composed of a Consultant and an Assistant.

Key players

	THE CONSULTANT: As project leader s/he has full responsibility for running recruitment assignments, supervising the dedicated team and liasing with the client. He writes the job brief and the scope of the assignment and conducts in-depth interviews with candidates, appraising the fit between their skills and the project specifications, makes a written prognosis of their ability to succeed in their future environment and accompanies their induction into the company.
	THE SEARCH SPECIALIST: Her job is to identify, contact and select targeted professionals. She processes and updates information relevant to INNOE’s core business (databases, occupational sectors, business sourcing…). She draws her inspiration from business intelligence techniques whilst calling upon her considerable relational expertise.
	THE ASSISTANT: She provides administrative, logistic, secretarial and human resources necessary for the accomplishment assignment.
