How we operate
Timescale:
4-6 half-days spread over several weeks
Purpose:
To enable staff members to improve their self-knowledge to steer their own contribution to the business, anticipate personal-development within the company or on life issues.
Process:
- Definition of scope and objectives, setting guidelines, debriefing rule
- Fine-tuning work schedule and interview calendar
- Handover of personal review documents (INNOE workbook)
- Examining compilation of materials (D5D, self-portrait, SOSIE...*)
- Debriefing, summary report.
