To seek and find a professional in specific circumstances: confidentiality, restricted target, strategy...
Process:
- Analysing the environment (business, organisation, values, direct context)
- INNOE project team launches the assignment (Consultant, Search Specialist, Assistant)
- Targeting, identification, sources, intermediaries
- 1st telephone interview with the Search Specialist
- 2nd interview, face-to-face with the Consultant
- Candidate appraisal
- Writing and submission of applicant files
- Setting up introductory interviews with the client
- Validation of candidates’ qualifications and references
- Guidance in the negotiations between the candidate and the client
- Following the induction process
